**Equipment Maintenance**

Transformers: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on transformers to ensure reliable power supply.

Air Handling Units (AHUs): Conduct routine checks and maintenance on AHUs to maintain optimal air quality and temperature control.

Diesel Generators: Ensure diesel generators are operational and perform scheduled maintenance and testing.

Air Compressors: Maintain and service air compressors to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

Non-Electrical Machines: Oversee the maintenance and repair of various non-electrical machinery used in the production process.

ETO Sterilizers: Perform maintenance and validation of ETO sterilizers to ensure compliance with sterilization standards.

Heaters and Hot Water Pumps: Inspect, maintain, and repair heaters and hot water pumps to ensure they function effectively.

**Electrical and Painting Issues**

Rectify Electrical Issues: Diagnose and repair electrical problems in equipment and systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Painting Issues: Address and resolve painting issues to maintain the aesthetic and protective quality of machinery and infrastructure.

**Outsourced Activities**

Outsource Plumbing Activities: Coordinate and oversee outsourced plumbing activities to ensure timely and quality service.

Quality and Safety

Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Safety Management: Enforce strict safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance activities.

**Troubleshooting and Repairs**

Diagnose Issues: Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Implement Solutions: Implement effective solutions to resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

**Machine Design and Development**

Basic Machine Design: Design and develop basic machines and equipment to support and enhance production processes.

Implementation: Ensure the effective integration of newly designed machines into existing

production workflows.

**Documentation and Compliance**

Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all maintenance-related documentation, including Maintenance Logs and Equipment Calibration Records.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance processes and documentation comply with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.

**Training and Development**

Employee Training: Assist in training production staff on basic maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Skill Development: Continuously improve personal technical skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

**Coordination and Reporting**

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Production, Quality

Assurance, and Engineering to ensure coordinated and efficient maintenance operations.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Supervisor on maintenance status,

challenges, and improvements.
