**Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor**

**Position**: Maintenance Supervisor
**Department**: Operations/Maintenance
**Location**: Survey No. 100/1, Lakkenahalli Village, Solur Hobli, Magadi Taluk, Ramanagar Dist. 562127.
**Reports To**: Maintenance Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Maintenance Activities**:

- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Identify potential issues and recommend timely interventions.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out basic repairs.
- Collaborate with senior technicians for complex troubleshooting tasks.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety guidelines and protocols during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily maintenance tasks and activities.
- Report on completed tasks and any issues encountered to the supervisor.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide support to colleagues and share technical knowledge when required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair.
- **Other Skills**:

- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts if required.
