**Job Title** : Maintenance Supervisor**

**Location** : Bangalore, KA**

**Job Summary**

A Maintenance Supervisor for Bastian Solutions will be responsible for the daily functionality, upkeep,
and maintenance for operational equipment and Utility at the manufacturing location. The main
emphasis for this position will be completing and maintaining assigned Preventative Maintenance tasks,
checks and services to keep equipment in working order. Other duties will include troubleshooting
equipment malfunctions, general repair, sourcing replacement/spare parts, coordination with service
providers, equipment installation, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules. A Maintenance
Supervisor I will also be responsible for general fabrication and assembly of equipment and material
handling projects.

**Job Responsibility**

**Essential Functions**:
**Maintenance**
- Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance tasks on all shop equipment and facilities
- Communicate when key equipment is non-operational
- Obtain a general understanding of how all equipment in the facility operates
- Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
- Maintain an inventory of equipment maintenance consumables and required replacement parts
- Teamwork with all departments and coworkers
- Keep workplace in a neat and organized order
- Show mutual respect for coworkers
- Show up to work every day on time
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Overtime required when necessary
- Follow safety protocols per JSA (Job Safety Analysis)

**Plant Utility**:

- Insure all job responsibilities
- Responsible for operation, maintenance, efficiency tracking and improvement of powerhouse equipment (i.e.

Electrical panels, Transformers, Generators, fork lifts, stackers, RO plant, lifts, cranes, fire hydrants,
compressors & etc)
- Hazards handling & disposing to scrap yard
- Lead site implementation of utilities services continuous improvement process (regularly checking the earth

pit resistance, replacing or addition of lights, fans)
- Monitors the implementation of necessary safety traffic control and erosion control measures consistent with

contract documents and applicable guidelines at the construction site
- Monitors follow-up and responses to citizen complaints, City Management and City Council Member

requests
- Fuel & Energy cost monitoring

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Diploma

4-6 years of experience would be highly preferred.
