**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Allocate tasks to electricians/technicians and monitor progress.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site managers for smooth execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, daily progress reports, and material usage records.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in electrical contracting/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and safety practices.
- Ability to lead teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
