Job Description - Electrician Supervisor (2 Years Experience)

**Position**: Electrician Supervisor
**Experience**: 2 Years
**Location**: Peenya, Bangalore
**Department**: Electrical / Site Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians at site.
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure work is carried out safely and as per project standards.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and report any faults or issues.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to meet project timelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and providing effective solutions.
- Manage electrical material inventory and ensure proper usage.
- Train and guide electricians and technicians on work practices and safety procedures.
- Ensure timely reporting of work progress and documentation as required.

Key Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial installations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Good understanding of electrical safety norms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership skills to supervise a team of electricians.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Personal Attributes:

- Responsible and proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
