- On-site/off-site project implementation for making all the new facilities LIVE with required infrastructure and automation equipment.
- Management of critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk and procurement through all phases of the project life cycle.
- Liaise with Solution Design, Procurement, IT, Legal and Project Stakeholders for implementation.
- Ability to establish productive business relationships with all levels of business partners and vendor management.
- Vendor coordination and management skills in the context for overall project delivery.
- Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones and manage stakeholder relationships.
- To understand and promote implementation lifecycle, concepts, principals, and business processes.
- Ensures the overall project success and handover to Operations team
- Defining, building and responsible for the execution of infrastructure management.
- Continuously improve the defined processes and attain a sustained performance standard. Initiates improvements/ automation to enhance quality standards, reduce waste and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Creation of required capacities for the requisite time periods while ensuring maximum capacity utilization and optimum costs
