**Job description**:

- Review of Accounts.
- Finalization of quarterly/ annual financials as per Ind AS.
- Preparation of annual report, MIS, Budgeting.
- Ensure Income tax compliance (periodic payments/ filing of returns/ attending department notices/ assessments/ appeals etc.)
- Liasion with tax authorities/ tax consultants.
- Handling internal and statutory audits.
- Resolving their queries, implementation SOPs and new policies for effective controls.
- Well versed with SAP to optimise its usage.
- Experience in listed Co preferred.
