**Job Role: Business Developer (Online Bidder) Role (2 to 4 Yeras exp)**

Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the software/mobile/web development domain in the international market.

Achieve targets and define a strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually and maintain the timelines for the proposal teams.

Generating business from new accounts and existing accounts.

Client Communication & Pre-Sales activity.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of online bidding experience in online freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Appfutura, Peopleperhour, etc.

Should have a clear logical idea about the website, web app, and Mobile App development process.

**Responsibilities**:
Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the software/mobile/web development domain in the international market.

Achieve targets and define a strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually and maintain the timelines for the proposal teams.

Generating business from new accounts and existing accounts.

Client Communication & Pre-Sales activity.

Responsible for online bidding on Upwork (mandatory), GURU, Freelancer, and PPH portals and making at least 12-14 bids per day with at least a 20% reply ratio.

**Requirements**:
Good analytical and communication skills.

Should be well-versed with Open Source, web-based, and mobile technologies.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Target, Customer Relations, International Business Development, Online Bidding, Communication Skills, International Business, Bidding.

Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups, and also Project coordination.

Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by the client.

Collaborated with global peers to meet all client RFP/RFI requirements and build fruitful relationships with clients.

Involved in the creation of short & long
- term plans for RFPs, software development & peer development.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
