RETAIN Customers, MAINTAIN Revenue, GROW Business.
Responsible for timely renewals for all Managed Cloud Services customers in the assigned territory within APAC. It is a direct Sales opening focusing on existing customers. Sales commission tied to the actual achievement of ATR (Available to Renew Target) with incentive on extra new business brought to Oracle. In country or overseas travel may be required for customer meetings. Flexible working time required because of meetings/calls with colleagues and customers in different APAC countries.

**Responsibilities**:
Works collaboratively with Field Sales Representatives, Delivery Team, Solution Manager and Commercial Manager to retain and maintain revenue of the existing Managed Cloud Services customers in APAC. Assisting to grow MCS business is another key area to focus. Manages sale through forecasting, account strategy and planning. Develops sales proposal encompassing all aspects of the managed service support solution. Participates in regular service delivery calls as well as sales presentation meetings with customers. Negotiating pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale on time. Proactively involves in internal contractual process for approvals, contract generation and booking no matter it is a renewal or upsell deal.
Relevant Experience & required skills:
- A minimum of 5 years field sales experience including technology sales experience.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic
- Strong in planning, organizing, prioritization and time management
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive with can-do attitude, willing to work as a Team.
- Willing to learn and understand the complicated sales processes, product services and competitive environment.
- Good communication skills in Fluent English and local language preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
