Job Description: Facility Executive
Position Overview:
As a Facility Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's facilities and infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the physical environment and amenities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.
You will collaborate with various departments and external vendors to meet the organization's operational needs and provide a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of all facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, and other company premises.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of all facilities.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed to ensure the optimal working condition of all equipment, systems, and structures.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to obtain the best services and pricing for facility-related contracts (e.g., maintenance, security, cleaning).
Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and maintain positive working relationships.
Ensure workspace layouts align with organizational needs and promote a productive and collaborative environment.
Environmental Sustainability:Promote and implement eco-friendly initiatives to reduce the organization's environmental footprint.
Security and Safety:Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
Develop and execute emergency response plans to handle potential crises effectively.
Compliance and Regulations:Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes related to facility management.
Ensure that all facilities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Team Management:Lead and supervise facility management teams, including maintenance staff and support personnel.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in facility management or related roles, with a strong track record of successful facility operations.
- Knowledge of building systems, construction, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
