1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating leads and identifying opportunities for the sales team.
2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of telecommunication products and services to prospects.
3. Qualify and validate leads by identifying their needs, budget constraints, decision-making processes, and timelines.
4. Maintain a detailed record of all lead generation activities, including calls made, conversations held, and outcomes.
5. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities to nurture and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
7. Continuously develop product knowledge to stay updated with the latest features, offerings, and benefits of telecommunication solutions.
8. Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion, as defined by the company.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in tele sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role (preferably in the telecommunication industry).
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to communicate the value proposition of telecommunication products and services.
4. Familiarity with telecommunication products, services, and industry trends.
5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools to track and manage leads.
6. Ability to work independently and with a team, effectively collaborating with different stakeholders.
7. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and follow up on leads effectively.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
10. High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the company positively during customer interactions.
