We focus on faster closures, cleaner deals, and better customer experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCall and qualify buyers, sellers, and inbound leads generated through Housp’s website, CRM, digital campaigns, brokers, and channel partners.Understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type, urgency).Pitch Housp’s value proposition clearly to buyers and sellers.Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-ups with the sales team.Maintain accurate lead status and call notes in CRM.Follow structured calling scripts while adapting based on conversation flow.Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into qualified prospects.Coordinate with sales managers and agents for closures.Achieve daily calling targets and monthly conversion KPIs.Skills & RequirementsStrong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus).Proven experience in telesales / inside sales / real estate calling.Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred CandidateExperience in real estate, insurance, loans, or high-ticket sales.Prior experience handling buyer/seller leads.Immediate joiners preferred.What We OfferFixed salary + attractive performance-based incentivesStructured scripts, CRM, and warm leadsHigh growth opportunity in a fast-scaling proptech startupProfessional work culture and learning exposureCTC₹ 2,00,000 LPA Fixed + Incentives (No cap on performance earnings)
