Position: 6.

Fluent English, Prior #callcenter, #bpo, #telesales and #banking experience is a must.

**Job Description**:

- Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls (Minimum 250-300 calls).
- Reaching out to potential clients through calls.
- Following up with potential customers to facilitate leads.
- Effectively understand the client's requirements.
- Keeping track of all attempts to close leads, both successful and unsuccessful.

**Requirements**:

- Great convincing and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Contact Center experience in telesales (1-2 years)
- Mandatory Language: English.

Salary band: INR 18,000 - 30,000(Depending on Experience and Skills - It may vary) + No Cap on Incentives

Project: 2 Year Renewable contract after Passing the #Probation Period of 2 Months.

Work location: Boxally - T14 Shastri Commerical - Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- work: 3 years (preferred)
- Telecommunication: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
