**Job Title: Telesales Agent**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- **Product/Service Presentation**: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase.
- **Objection Handling**: Address customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate solutions or information to overcome hesitations.
- **Closing Sales**: Work towards closing sales and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using CRM software.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to explore additional sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly.
- **Persistence**: Demonstrated persistence in achieving sales goals and overcoming challenges.
- **Target-driven**: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and handle objections effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments.

**Working Conditions**:
The role involves sitting for extended periods and making a high volume of phone calls. May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate customer availability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹9,424.67 - ₹26,890.38 per month
