**Job Title: Hotel Sales Consultant**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hotel Sales Expertise**: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in hotel sales to negotiate competitive rates, secure exclusive deals, and establish strong relationships with hotel partners.
- **Client Consultation**: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, providing personalized recommendations and tailored solutions.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and organize all aspects of clients' travel itineraries, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the travel process, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, destination developments, and emerging hotel offerings, continuously updating knowledge to provide clients with the latest information and options.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting value-added services to enhance clients' travel experiences.
- **Documentation and Administration**: Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently, including booking confirmations, invoices, and travel contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms and rates from hotel partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of destination geography, attractions, and travel regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or professional affiliations (e.g., Certified Travel Consultant) are a plus.
