**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling & Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide details about travel packages, visa services, and flight bookings.
**HR & Recruitment Support**:
- Assets
- Maintain employee records and support the onboarding process.
- Help in employee engagement activities and office coordination.
**Administrative & Office Support**:
- Manage office files, documentation, and data entry.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups as required.
**CRM & Data Management**:
- Between
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper documentation.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English & Hindi.
Confident and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of travel bookings, visa processes, and customer service is a plus.
Ability to manage calls professionally and build relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, admin, or HR roles is a plus (but not mandatory).
