Join our dynamic retail team as a **Retail Assistant**, focusing on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and efficiently managing payment collections. **Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales & Customer Service**
- **Engage and Assist Customers**: Greet customers warmly and proactively assist them in locating and selecting products that meet their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, features, and current promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- **Drive Sales**: Actively pursue sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- **Maintain Presentation**: Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to company merchandising standards.
- **Handle Inquiries**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

**2. Payment & Collection Management**
- **Process Transactions**: Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments, etc.).
- **Payment Collection**: Manage and follow up on outstanding payments or layaways as per company policy, ensuring all due amounts are collected and reconciled.
- **Cash Handling**: Count and reconcile cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all sales, returns, and payment collection activities.

**3. Store Operations**
- **Inventory Support**: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and receiving/unloading shipments.
- **Security**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, loss prevention, and health and safety.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
