**Store Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune**

We're looking for a passionate and experienced **Retail Store Associate **to lead our exciting Protein Supplement Store

**About the Role**:
As our Retail Store Associate, you'll be responsible for the overall success of our store, driving sales, building customer relationships, and leading a motivated team. You'll wear many hats, from managing inventory and merchandising to providing expert product advice and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Operations**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
- Ensure accurate pricing and product information.
- Oversee store merchandising and displays to optimize customer flow and sales.
- Perform daily cash handling and financial procedures.
- **Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice and product recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers and foster loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Stay informed about the latest fitness and supplement trends.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Retail Store Associate.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of protein supplements and the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in computer software and point-of-sale systems.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for health and fitness.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
