**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store sales goals.
- Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products, including materials, design, and craftsmanship.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of store displays to ensure a visually appealing environment.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and security standards.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Assist in organizing and participating in store events and promotions.
- Work closely with the store team to create a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or jewellery environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
