**About Sshrishti**:
Sshrishti is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering underprivileged women and girls by providing them with education, livelihood training, and sustainable employment opportunities. Our product line—including fabric bags, jhola bags, denim accessories, school uniforms, ladies' and children’s apparel and festive gifts—is crafted by women from disadvantaged backgrounds, promoting eco-conscious choices while supporting lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales of handcrafted products across online platforms and local distribution points.
- Manage and optimise listings on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and social commerce channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
- Plan and implement seasonal campaigns for festivals and corporate gifting, targeting hotels, schools, malls, tourist hubs, and retail stores.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to create content that highlights the unique stories behind Sshrishti’s products.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion) to continuously improve ROI.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and bulk buyers for B2B opportunities.
- Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and CSR leads to amplify brand impact and visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in social enterprise, e-commerce, or lifestyle/FMCG brands.
- Passion for sustainability and women’s empowerment is a must.
- Creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and an eye for design.
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, and Meta Ads is a bonus.
