**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive / Manager
**Location**: Mumbai
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
**Experience**: 2 - 5 years
**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month
**Gender Preference**: Open to all (Male/Female)
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
**Business Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely service delivery.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
**Reporting & Collaboration**
- Update CRM systems with client interactions, leads, and deal status.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and offers.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in corporate or enterprise markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- High energy, result-oriented mindset, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
