Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assess current security processes, identify vulnerabilities, and develop comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Design and implement robust security measures for laptops, VPNs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Handson experience with Active Directory, VPN, LAN and Switch.
- Manage and monitor security systems, ensuring continuous protection against potential threats or breaches.
- Lead initiatives to maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO or SOC2, preparing the company for external audits.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing to proactively identify and address security gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into development processes and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, tools, and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance overall security posture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Security & Admin.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services and security best practices.
- Experience with hardening laptops, VPNs, and implementing security protocols.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO, SOC2, etc.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Python and AWS clous knowledge is a plus.
