
Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The role involves greeting guests, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office or facility.
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Phone Management**: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or management.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Register guests or clients, provide them with necessary information, and ensure a smooth check-in or check-out process.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest concerns, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.
- **Maintain Front Area**: Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Security and Access Control**: Monitor visitor access, maintain visitor logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of appointments, visitors, and any other necessary data for administrative purposes.
- **Collaboration**: Assist other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may prefer a degree)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
Pay: ₹9,013.19 - ₹15,000.00 per month
