Position: Receptionist
Experience: Fresher to 2 years

**Salary**: 6k - 7k for Fresher / 12k for experienced
Work Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Working Days: 6 days

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate persons or departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide information to visitors regarding company facilities and services.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with coordinating events, meetings, and conferences as needed.

RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers.Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols.
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
