**Job description**
- Responsible for administration and monitoring of networking equipment including firewalls, switches, wireless, CCTV, and access control systems. This includes configuration, upgrades, backups, and patching of these environments.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of onsite Nutanix infrastructure and software.
- Assists with the day-to-day administration of Cloud infrastructure. (AWS, Azure AD, and Office 365)
- Assists with on-prem Active Directory and related security authentication systems.
- Assists with network services i.e. DNS, DHCP, SMTP, etc.
- Acts as an escalation point for advanced end-user and PC support issues.
- Assists with the design, evaluation, and administration of Service Management tools and processes.
- Create diagrams/documentation of environments deemed responsible.
- Assists with creating, maintaining, executing disaster recovery and high availability plans.
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware problems and provide solutions
- Use help desk software to review tickets
- Provide technical support for hardware/software
- Provide remote telephone support
- All other duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- 4 7 years experience in IT.
- Hands on experience with switches, routers, and other network related devices.
- Knowledge of advanced network topology design and administration including LAN, WAN, security, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Service Now administration and configuration.
- Nutanix platform knowledge a plus.
- Hands on experience with Azure AD Office365 a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with data backup and recovery processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and processes to achieve commitments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to all levels of the organization.
- Process and technical documentation skills.
- Skilled in organizing and communicating technology systems and services use to others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver on objectives.
- Customer service skills.
Pay: ₹11,754.12 - ₹20,714.11 per month
