
Field Sales Executive

**job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit potential customers at their premises to promote and sell products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile sales tools/apps.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in Ed-tech, Staffing and recruitment
- Local language fluency and familiarity with the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (if required).
