**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
A Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and answer questions related to customer accounts or transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring they are satisfied with the resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately assist customers.
- Process orders, refunds, or exchanges as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior staff or management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities to improve service and processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of the company’s products and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,990.54 - ₹27,816.74 per month
