**Position: Backend Tender Support Executive**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Overview**:
**Number of Positions**: 01 Required

**Experience**:0-1 years** of experience in **working with electronics products and backend operations.**

**Educational Qualification**: Graduation/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech -Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication.

**CTC & Salary Range**: Rs. 2,38,082/- to Rs. 3,00,343/ per annum; (In-Hand: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.

**Notice Period**:

- Immediate to 15-20 Days.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**1*.**Technical Skills:*
- **Strong knowledge of electronic components, microcontrollers, sensors, and modules**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Basic knowledge of **supply chain, order processing, and logistics coordination**.

**2*.**Soft Skills:*
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**.
- **Attention to detail** and ability to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. BOQ & Quotation Preparation**:

- Identify **electronic products and components** from tender specifications.
- Prepare accurate and structured **Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in Excel with accurate descriptions and pricing.**:

- **Coordinate with the Purchase Executive** to get the latest pricing well before the deadline.
- Prepare detailed and error-free quotations based on the BOQ.
- Ensure the **final BOQ reaches the Tender Executive** within the required timeframe.

**2. Product Identification & Specification Matching**:

- Identify products that match the **technical requirements of tenders**.
- Coordinate with the **Technical team**for alternative or equivalent product suggestions, if needed.

**4. Order Fulfilment & Coordination**:

- Track **order processing, procurement, and logistics** to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate internally with **warehouse, procurement, and sales teams** for order execution.
- Resolve any **discrepancies in order fulfilment and ensure compliance with tender commitments**.

**5. Coordination & Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain detailed record of **ongoing tenders**.
- Document and track **purchase orders, contracts, and post-tender processes**.
- Follow up on **payment tracking, invoice submission, and reconciliations**.
- **Coordinate with the Tender Executive** to ensure all submissions **meet deadlines**.
