**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Prime.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
- **Bank and Cash Management**:

- Prepare bank reconciliations and handle petty cash accounts.
- Monitor and process payments and receipts.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Assist in GST and TDS calculations and filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets.
- **Audit Support**:

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized records for audit purposes.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory and stock entries in Tally (if applicable).
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional financial activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
