**Profile introduction**:
As an Accounts Executive at you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records for our company. You will work closely with our finance and accounting team to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to our overall financial health.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and other financial assessments.
- Prepare and submit tax documents and filings.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
