**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Company**: Rohini Industries (Powder Coating and Sheet Metal Manufacturing)
**Location**: Ambad MIDC, Nashik
**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
The Accounts Executive will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and support the financial operations of Rohini Industries. The role involves maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, and assisting with audits and tax compliance to ensure smooth financial management aligned with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely collections from clients.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Support external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
- Leverage software tools to improve efficiency in financial tracking.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors, customers, and banks for financial matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in an accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Work Environment**:

- Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to dynamic challenges in the manufacturing sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
