**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, standards, and laws.
- Maintain and update vendor records.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Prepare reports on TDS payable, TDS deducted, and reconciliation with the tax authorities.
- Monitor changes in TDS regulations and update the organization accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS returns.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
