Location : Based at Plant at Erode

Reporting : VP Plant Operations )

Travel: Visit to all Plants frequently and reach for urgency or emergency at any time beyond comfort zone.

Role: Look after Plant HR, IR and Compliance activities

**Job Description**:
Responsible for complete life cycle of Plant operators and supervisors.

Responsible for hiring and retaining local as well as migrant labours.

Maintain healthy ratio of local vs migrant labour as per company's norms.

Maintain gender diversity by keeping 60 % or more female employee strength.

Maintain attrition at company target range and ensure no delay or stoppage of work due to shortage of manpower.

Hiring of operators and supervisors are part of your regular activity to ensure availability of trained manpower need of the Plants.

Responsible to maintain Industrial peace by preventive IR activities proactively.

Manage healthy relationship with local authorities, Village administration officers, Govt bodies etc

Mange employees' quarters and ensure the maintenance of necessities and hygiene at all time.

Train operators / supervisors on technical and behavioral etiquette to meet the companies standards.

You will be the custodian of values and Culture at Plant

Ensure Plant Statutory compliances related to Labour and employment are met as per requirements.

Look after employee's welfare acuities and ensure they get company's welfare facilities without delay.

Responsible for solving employee grievance and take proactive measure to avoid or minimize grievances.

Responsible to regulate employee's discipline and take regular steps to monitor and control unhealthy behaviors / actions.

Responsible for employee safety inside and outside plant, work closely with safety officers and Plant GM to control incidents and accidents.

Oversea and take care of administration of Canteen, transport, security and Hostels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

- Yearly bonus
