Key Responsibilities:

Full-scope HR operations in a factory setup

Statutory compliance – ESI, PF, Factories Act

Manpower planning, training, and performance appraisal

Industrial relations, grievance handling & welfare

HRMS, SOP implementation, payroll coordination

Contract labour management

Who We're Looking For:

Tamil-speaking candidates with read/write/speak proficiency (mandatory)

Strong in Tamil Nadu Labour Laws & factory IR

Prior experience managing a 1000+ workforce in a manufacturing setup

Preferably from textile/garment/manufacturing industries

Native of Erode or nearby districts preferred
