Weaving Technician

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Weaving Technicians at middle and senior management levels (AGM/GM/VP) to oversee operations of Airjet loom weaving plants. The candidate should be well-versed in handling a wide range of cellulosic, cotton, and blended fabrics, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality standards, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise end-to-end weaving operations on Airjet looms (Toyota, Picanol, Tsudakoma, etc.)
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations with optimal machine efficiency.
• Handle production planning, workforce allocation, shift management, and machine scheduling.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to loom settings, warp/ weft breaks, fabric defects, etc.
• Optimize fabric quality and minimize rejections through continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and achieve production targets within timelines.
• Monitor KPI metrics loom efficiency, fabric yield, quality standards, and cost reduction.
• Train and develop junior technical staff and operators.
• Work closely with QA, design, planning, and marketing departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹94,613.81 per month
