**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)
**Location**: Remote (Work From Home)
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Week Off)
**Shift Timings**: 9-Hour Rotational Shifts (Minimum 8 Hours Login Required)
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking experienced **Customer Support Executives** with a background in both **Voice and Non-Voice processes** to join our dynamic remote team.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 6 Months** of experience in Customer Support (Blended Process).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Typing speed of **30+ WPM** is mandatory.
- Must have a **working laptop** and **reliable Wi-Fi connection** with good speed.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
