**Your day to day** Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for the delivery of e-CSA Roll out project from initiation to closure, with varying level of responsibility/involvement, depending on project ownership. Design, develop and manage the detailed project plan and work closely with Sr. Manager, Global Finance Transformation and Senior Manager, Governance and Compliance.
- Assist in creating documentation as required for the e-CSA roll out project and adapting the existing CSA manuals in collaboration with Regional champions
and Sr. Manager, Governance & Compliance.
- Partner with Hotels implementing the tool and establish project governance structure timelines/milestones. Communicate plan with relevant stakeholders and working group member to ensure everyone is clear on the role they play, what and when they need to deliver in the project
- Engage key stakeholders to report on progress and obtain updates
- Continually communicate updates on project statuses and issues to Senior Manager and Director, Global Finance Transformation, via regular communications and status reports
- Regularly interface with the Hotel Champions and Regional champions team to identify/scope of continuous improvement opportunities within e-CSA tool
**Key Metrics**
The Project Coordinator, Global Finance Transformation will be expected to deliver the various continuous improvement initiatives across the following metrics:
- Project management and governance
- Risk Management
- Success in project implementation
- Increased efficiency and effectiveness by tracking usage of the tool and promotion
**What we need from you** Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge**
**Educational Attainment**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related Major.
**Critical Expertise & Experience**:
- Subject matter expertise in Finance/Procurement Systems, e.g., Peoplesoft, Ariba, Opera
- Experience in interacting with Hotels and a basic understanding of Hotel Finance roles and responsibility
- 2-4 years in related work experience
- Demonstrated experience of delivering projects in a formal/informal project resource role is preferred
- Experience with technology automation initiatives or similar experience preferred
**Technical Skills and Knowledge**:
- Ability to build strong working relationships and gain confidence and respect of key leaders
- Requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Problem solving capability and solution
oriented approach.
- Flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude to fluctuating workload
