We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations at our warehouse facility.

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (receiving, packing, shipping, inventory).
- Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification is a plus.
