**Job Overview**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Supply Chain Management or Material Management).

**Experience Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintain Warehouse Organization**:

- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles for operational efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Implement the "One part, one location" policy to prevent discrepancies and enhance inventory accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- **Audit and Reporting**:

- Conduct daily audits of inward materials, ensuring FIFO adherence and location accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for random audits and stock movement.
- **Order Fulfillment Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped.
- Assist in prioritizing order fulfillment based on customer needs and internal requirements.
- **Record Keeping and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure proper documentation of stock movement and maintain detailed records.
- Implement efficient material storage practices to prevent hazards and uphold safety standards.
- **Shift Management**:

- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring manpower availability and smooth operations.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address warehouse-related inquiries or complaints.
- Coordinate with logistics/transport teams to handle responsibilities based on business volume.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
