Position: Warehouse Supervisor – Tyre Manufacturing

Location: Ghaziabad, Murad Nagar

Requisites:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
• Experience: 4 – 7 years in warehouse operations, preferably in tyre or rubber manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with raw material, in-process, and finished goods handling specific to tyre production
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication, team management, and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage warehouse employees and daily operations in a tyre manufacturing environment
• Oversee inventory accuracy of raw materials, in-process components, and finished tyres
• Ensure safety protocols and industry compliance (ISO/OSHA standards) are strictly followed
• Coordinate receiving of raw materials, storage, and timely dispatch of finished tyres
• Maintain precise inventory records and documentation for audits and quality checks
• Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams for smooth workflow
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to optimize productivity and maintain FIFO/LIFO as per tyre manufacturing standards
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to resolve discrepancies

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
