Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

2. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and coordinate with the inventory control team to address any discrepancies.

4. Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

5. Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse staff, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure timely completion of duties.

6. Train new warehouse employees on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

7. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.

8. Identify process bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

9. Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

10. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

11. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity, and take corrective actions when necessary.

12. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

13. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
