**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and inventory management of goods, ensuring proper organization and accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to customers, coordinating with logistics teams to guarantee smooth delivery processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies and manage replenishments.
- Train, motivate, and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse operations, including use of technology and inventory management systems.
- Handle warehouse documentation, such as shipping records, inventory logs, and order forms.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to warehouse operations, providing quick and effective solutions.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in a warehouse environment, with occasional outdoor duties.
- May require shift work, weekends, or overtime depending on operational needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
