Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Location: Fazalganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient management of our inventory and storage facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all activities related to the storage and handling of goods.
  • Supervise a team of storekeepers and warehouse personnel, providing guidance, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies, verifying quantities and quality upon delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and physical inventory counts to reconcile stock records and identify any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
  • Computer proficiency, Microsoft 365, Excel, and Tally knowledge would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in warehouse management or related field (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.
