Job Profile:

- AP/Payroll Associate (Clerk)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assists Team/Supervisor with general accounting administration.
- Performs clerical duties, such as maintains filing and record systems.
- Prepare Work with accounting Supervisor to produce any required ad-hoc reports. - Invoice and Repairs & Maintenance Entries
- Accounts Payable Cheque Runs
- Credit card expense reconciliation and entries
- Filing and indexing all documents physically and electronically
- Oversee and monitor the corporate company process.
- Provide metrics and specific reporting to senior management.
- Reconciling vendor statements and aging reports
- Truck line entry and reporting
- Maintain Truck Line bookkeeping.
- Responsible for Driver Runsheet indexing and processing and approving charges.
- Driver by-weekly Payroll Processing, payroll register, Deduction Entries
- Creating payroll Excel spreadsheet
- Creating Excel Brokers Profit and Loss spreadsheet
- Creating New Driver and Vendors Profiles
- Resolve driver disputes with pay in a timely manner.
- Drivers fuel processing

Qualifications/Skills:

- Accounting/Finance Diploma and two-year equivalent accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge and advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to stay organized, have strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Quick learner and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of Microdea/Synergize will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of TMW (Truck Mate Software) will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Quick Books will be considered an asset.
- Outstanding accounting and reporting skills
- Strong data processing skills
- Driver Payroll Accuracy

Job Offer:

- Full-time (Permanent)
- Salary Range
- Up to 8 LPA
- Experience Required
- Accounting/Finance Diploma: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Accounts Payable: 2 years (required)
- Payroll: 1 year (required)

Night Shift:

- 6pm to 3am

5 Days Working

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
