**Title: Payroll & Analytics associate (aka Data analytics for HR domain)**

**Location: WFH**
**Employment Type: Full time**
**Salary As per industry standard**

**What you will do**:

- Initiate the Onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain payroll information and resolve discrepancies, if any.
- Record payroll data in software systems and verify all amounts prior
to cutting checks.
- Conduct payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely
manner.
- Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about
withholding.
- Change employee banking records when necessary to process
payments accurately.
- Resolve employee complaints, questions, and concerns about payroll
Services.
- Creating and maintaining goal sheets.
- Maintain employee database and perform updates as necessary to
ensure accuracy.
- Making post payroll reports.

**What you should have**:

- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent logical reasoning skills
- Good communication and excellent team player

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
