- **What you will do**:

- Initiate On boarding process for new employees.
- Maintain payroll information and resolve discrepancies, if any.
- Record payroll data in software systems and verify all amounts prior to cutting checks.
- Conduct payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
- Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about
- withholding.
- Change employee banking records when necessary to process
- payments accurately.
- Resolve employee complaints, questions, and concerns about payroll Services.
- Creating and maintaining goal sheets.
- Maintain employee database and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Making post payroll reports.

**What you should have**
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent logical reasoning skills
- Good communication and excellent team player evaluate the company products and budgets and compare them against industry trends.
- Making Custom data reports for the clients
- **Knowledge of advanced excel is a must**:

- **Knowledge of google spreadsheet is a must**:

- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹11,703.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
