We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Analytics Expert to join our team. The successful candidate should have robust proficiency in Excel 365, Power BI, SPSS, and SQL for data analysis

and visualization. An understanding of statistics, including univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis, is essential. Additionally, the ability to conduct regression, predictive analysis, and

Natural Language Processing (NLP) based text analytics using SPSS is crucial. Experience in Python will be a significant advantage. Candidates should be able to showcase previous projects

demonstrating these skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Excel 365, Power BI, SPSS, and SQL to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI
  • Conduct univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis to provide actionable insights
  • Utilize SPSS for regression analysis, predictive modeling, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) based text analytics
  • Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Collaborate closely with various teams t o understand their data needs and provide appropriate analytical solutions
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain high-quality standards for data analytics
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Python usage for data processing and analysis will be an added advantage

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science.
  • Proven experience working with Excel 365, Power BI, SPSS, and SQL
  • Strong understanding of statistical analyses, including univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in regression a n d predictive analysis, a s well a s Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with Python for data processing and analysis is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and comprehensive manner
