**Position**: Sales executive (field marketing)

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years

**Salary**: 25000 to 28000 depends on your interview performance and experience

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Gander**: Male

**Office Time**: 09:30 To 06:30

**Job role**:
Responsible to generate business from assigned zone
- Ensure primary and secondary targets are achieved (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Good connection with retailers and distributors
- Open to travel to other cities to generate business and conduct meetings with retailers/distributors
- Good coordination with Head office to get the issues sorted out quickly
- Coordination with all departments as and when required to get the work done smoothly and efficiently
- Making Business plans with his team and RSM and implementing the same
- Responsible to generate business from existing stores by introducing entire product range
- Business expansion plan and month on month new store additions
- Ensure branding and field activations at store level
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of the zone/territory
- Market review of new products and services
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting/reviews of the company
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors and updating the management about the same
- Participate in local/National level toy/Baby products exhibition with retailers/distributors/Company
- Keeping the AR at a healthy level and consistent effort to reduce outstanding
- Retain and sustain all Retailers/Distributors & also maintain good relation with all the clients

Any other specification

Must have 2 wheeler for store visit

Must have android phone to access our sales software

Basic understanding of MS Office and laptop/computer operation

Must have prior or current experience in baby industry only (similar categories like R for Rabbit)
