Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Job Summary:
The Creative Designer must be smart, energetic, proactive, and self-motivated; and can communicate effectively and efficiently with other designers, developers, and managers as well as clients. As a designer, you should be able to handle work independently and perform multiple tasks under mínimal supervision. Ability to handle ambiguity, task prioritization, attention to detail, focus on implementation, and flawless execution.

**Job Description**:
5+ years of prior work experience as a UX and Visual designer.

Ability to create innovative design solutions for user, product, and business problems through wireframes, sketches, and/or user flow diagrams, etc.

Create high-quality design specifications, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for implementation.

Follow preset design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines to ensure consistency with the brand.

Proficient in Figma and other online collaborative workspace tools.

A quick learner and problem solver with a detail-oriented approach.

A clear understanding of the basics of UX and Visual design, design principles, user research, user-centric design approach, information architecture, user personas, storyboarding, visual design aesthetics, and principles.

Always stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Must have the ability to work well individually and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Qualification:
BFA / MFA /B.Des degree in design or equivalent (e.g. interaction, visual communications)

Must have good communication, presentation, and storytelling skills (both written and verbal).

Must have an online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.
