**Job Title: Creative Designer**

Job Summary: The Creative Designer is responsible for producing visually compelling and innovative designs across various platforms and mediums. This role requires a combination of artistic and technical skills to develop engaging and effective design solutions that meet the objectives of the organization. The Creative Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, create concepts, and deliver high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design Development: Create visually appealing and impactful designs, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, layouts, digital graphics, web designs, and print materials.

2. Conceptualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message.

4. Digital Design: Create engaging digital designs for websites, social media, and other online platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and usability.

5. Print Design: Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other promotional materials, adhering to printing specifications and guidelines.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure alignment of design deliverables with overall project objectives.

7. Visual Trends and Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate fresh and innovative design elements into projects.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and high quality of all design deliverables, following established processes and design standards.

9. Time and Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

10. Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members, iterate on designs, and provide rationale for design decisions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of digital design best practices, including responsive design and user experience (UX) design.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS) and content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and present design concepts to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
